Having problems with my new Dell Inspiron laptop 1520. I just found out it's an out of stock product. Is that true or not? The sales person was a rep from Dell in Melbourne, Australia. Cannot connect my laptop to the Internet or put in a password. My ISP is Optus and says Dell can't be connected. Don't know why they sold it to me.

This is rather awkward because every computer can be connected to the Internet as long as it has the necessary requirements. If you have a network card installed or a wireless card (which I suppose you do because it's a laptop), then the connection should be established. Firstly, use the support CD and install the drivers and then contact the ISP and tell them to say the connection settings for your contact and you should be able to connect to the Internet.
