The software should have a master password reset that gives you the possibility to reset the password in order to unlock the application and the items that have been locked. You should access this option from the application, but in case there is no possibility to fix this, then the items you have locked will be lost forever. If you want to force remove the application, use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
