I have downloaded Silver Sands Casino and it is telling me I cannot log in and I need to contact the customer service.

Silver Sands Casino is working just fine. If you have issues with your username, try contacting the customer service. Alternatively, check firewall of your computer and allow the client to connect to the Internet.
