Does the current version (6.1) of ActivClient HomeUse for Air Force allow for operation under the 64-bit Windows Vista OS? If not, is there a fix in the works?

Yes, the application works for 64bit on the latest versions of Windows including Windows Vista, 7, and 8. However, you need to be on the .MIL network in order to download it. Access the website and follow the instructions posted. You might need to take advantage of your credentials to download the software to your computer. This is the only way to install it on a 64bit version of Windows.
