Adding files to Video Journal.

In the Instruction Booklet it says that you need both JPG and AVI in your computer in order to download pictures and videos in Video Journal. What can I do?

That message indicates that the Video Journal software supports only JPG and AVI file formats. In order to check the format of your files, right-click the photos or the videos, click the Properties option and open the General tab. The file format will be displayed next to Type of file. If you're trying to transfer JPG or AVI files, I suggest you follow the instructions from the official user manual.
