I can't install the version 2.0.

I installed the older version of the software and it worked well. Now, I downloaded the version 2.0 from Microsoft web page and during the installation process, I received a blue screen error. What can I do? My computer has Windows XP Pro SP3 as operating system, 2GB of RAM and Norton 360 as antivirus.

Before installing the new version of the software, remove the older one from your computer using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs). After that, run CleanMyPC - Registry Cleaner or CCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys in your system. Also, try to temporarily disable your antivirus and launch the installer using Administrator rights. If it doesn't work, update Windows Installer to the latest version.
