How do I get a user ID & re-charge account?

I have already downloaded the Telpik Dialer but can you help me? How can I re-charge my account so I can use it? I also need a new user ID.

In order to get an account or to recharge your existing account, you will need to get in touch with the sales/support team because there is no other possibility except this one.
