I have a customer that is receiving a "RPT Network Printer Port, having trouble in communicating" error. What can I do?

In order to solve this issue, reinstall the application, go to Start > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printer, right click the Printers and Faxes option, select Properties and go to Port tab. Press Add Port, choose RPT Network Printer Port from the Available port types and click the New Port button. Press Print using Raw Mode enter your IP address, click Next, check the name box, click again Next and follow the instructions.
