In order to decrypt the folders, uninstall and reinstall the program, launch it and enter okoker as password. After that, press the + icon to add a directory, select your encrypted folder and press the Decrypt button. Also, go to Options menu and make sure that the All folders are encrypted when shut the software box is not checked. If it doesn't work, use the support@okoker.com email address to get in touch with the Technical Support.
