CCsupervision is not working properly anymore.

I'm using Alcatel CCsupervision application in my office. For some days, while I'm taking a report for piolets, it is displayed as a blank report. I'm getting all columns and headings, but there is nothing in that report. Can you help me?

Firstly, check if the analyzing parameters are configured correctly. You can use the official user guide to define them. If the parameters are configured correctly, remove the software from your computer and install it again. In order to uninstall the software, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select it from the list and click Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, run a registry cleaner and reinstall the software. If this doesn't fix it, use 00 1 630-224-9000 phone number to get in touch with Alcatel Customer service.
