Unfortunately, I couldn't find a CCSupervision user guide since no information about the software was found in the online environment.
I've used Google's Search engine and although the name CCSupervision appears on a few websites, no download resources are available. You should contact the Alcatel's Support to obtain the necessary files for the CCSupervision.
