USB PC camera Vimicro301 Neptune

Question

I am using Windows XP SP2 and I purchased a Vimicro301 Neptune cam. Now, when I try to install the camera, there is always the remark indicating that it did not pass the check for XP. When in spite of that I continue installing, the camera´s led in always on and the camera itseld does not work. What should I do? Buy a new camera or there is some update for the camera I already purchased

Same problem i am also facing, as per my knowledge the said software not passed by window xp logo test...better to change the cam...>
