Lingea Czech/English Dictionary problems.

I have Lingea Czech/English Dictionary 2002 version but I cannot download it. It appears to download normally, but when I try to open it the files are empty. My boyfriend has this in Czech Republic and does not have a problem with it. Could it be incompatible with UK systems?

No, you should be able to install and run the program either if you are in Czech Republic or England. The application has been developed to run on Windows and Mac computers and in order to fix the problems, I suggest you delete the installation package and request a new one from the developers.
