Does SelamSoft Amharic-English Dictionary work on an Android smartphone? It works great in Windows.

No, SelamSoft Amharic-English Dictionary works only on Windows XP and Windows Vista. For Android smartphones you can download and install English-Amharic Dictionary, English-Amharic Dictionary-Aud or Amharic dictionary (Ethiopian) from the Google Play store. All of them require Android 2.2 or above.
