Aventail Access Manager installation problems.

The Aventail Access Manager appears installing, but actually it is not. I can't find it in the registry or in Add or Remove Programs. I successfully installed it on 3 other new laptops without any issue. What can I do? The user doesn't want to re-image the laptop. We want to know why we cannot install it on this laptop, but we are able to install it on the other 3.

You can't install it on the laptop either because it is not compatible with its system or the installer is corrupted. If you're using Windows XP or below, I suggest you use the package from Microsoft Download Center to update Windows Installer. If you’re using Windows Vista or above, update Windows Installer through Windows Update. After that, run the Fix It utility provided by Microsoft and try again to install the program. If you can't install it, I suggest you contact the SonicWALL support team using 888-557-6642 phone number.
