I can't see the video.

I downloaded a movie and when I open it, I can hear the sound, but I can't see the video. Can you help?

HELLO FRIEND, first check your Windows visual settings, then check your real players video settings. If the problem remains, then the movie you downloaded might be damaged.

First, make sure that the file you want to play is a .ram, .rmm, .ra, .rax, .rv., .rvx, .rm, .rmx, .rmvb, .rmd, .rmj, .rms, .rp, .rt, .mp3, .mp2, .m4a, .mp4, .mpg, .mpeg, .smil, .smi, .mov, .qt, or .avi file. After that, update the program and try again. If it doesn't work, install Combined Community Codec Pack and check if you can play the file using VLC Media Player. If it doesn't work, it's possible that the file you want to open is corrupted.
