I can't run the labeling program anymore.

I have been attempting to access Sonic Express Labeler, version 2.0.0 on my laptop but I get an error box stating that Microsoft has encountered a problem and must close. I have used the labeler before but not for some months. Any suggestions why this is happening and what and how I could correct it?

It's possible that the labeling program was affected by another application that was installed on your system. To fix it, try to completely uninstall the application. After you did this, update its version to the latest one and install the application again. Your problem should be fixed and you should be able to use the program again.
