First, right-click on the album files you want to import, select Properties and click the General tab. After that, check the information next Type of file and see if the file format is .jia or .vna. These two are the only album files format supported by the application. If the files are supported, remove the program using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and download and install the latest version of the application. This should fix it.
