What is the best referene manual for Adobe Freworks 9.0?

I have Adobe Fireworks CS3 (version 9.0.1.1213) and can't seem to find a good, user-friendly reference manual. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi. I suggest you to use it as you see it by default. After a while I am sure the reference manual will become frendly to you. Time will do his job.......:)
