Yes, you can install Mac OS X on your computer without iBoot or other bootable media. The whole process involves using a virtual machine since you'll run the OS in a "window" through emulation. To be able to do that, your computer needs to be very powerful since Mac is a resource hungry OS when it comes to emulation. I, however, recommend checking the guides available through Google Search. You will have to download custom modified files, ISO of the Mac and other files that are required to enable emulation. Also, your computer needs to support Virtualization (check manual or BIOS for this feature).
