Is there any way to install system software in a Nokia Asha 305 phone?

I have just purchased a Nokia Asha 305 on Feb 2013, but due to some technical fault now I am unable to use Internet and Facebook. Can I re-install my phone from your software? I have already done system restore 3-4 times but nothing.

I don't have any free time to go to Nokia Shop and do this, but if I have the system repair software then what can I do?

Flashing the system software can be done in simple steps by plugging the phone to the PC. It requires a hardware box and custom flashing tools to keep the phone working because if you'll do it all by yourself, you'll end up with a bricked phone. I am afraid that you need to take a visit to Nokia Shop after all, because it's the only thing you can do.
