Can I reinstall the operating system in Nokia Asha 305?

My Nokia Asha 305 switched off for no reason and since then it displays a black screen when I switch it on. I don't know what the problem is, can you help me?

Switch on the phone and try to get to its "desktop" screen. Start the dialer if you can and type *#7370# followed by the security code of Nokia Asha 305. The code is 12345*. If the first code doesn't work, try dialing #7380#**.

If the method above doesn't work, you might need to visit a repair shop to get it fixed. If your warranty is not expired, you may ask for a free repair or a replacement.

If your phone is getting switch off this mean your phone is overloaded .. try following this first of all remove your sdcard from phone and try to switch on your phone.. if it still shows the black screen type *#7370# and put the security code if u had put any if not try default one 12345 phone will recover its damage and on it self the connect ur cell to pc and scan for virus or any malware if problem contineou go to nokia center if not

do sd card scan for virus and malware too out side the phone then put it back in phone

problem contineous when u put the sdcard again u need to format it
