This phone ships with Android 4.1.2 installed and the latest released version is 4.2. Since there is no official tool available for downloading firmware updates, you will need to perform an OTA (over-the-air) update via the wireless network. Please enable wireless and go to Menu > Settings > About phone > Software update. If there are any updates available, the phone will prompt you to download them. During this operation the phone might restart a couple of times. Make sure the battery is above 85%.
