PSI key is not working.

Question

I keep on getting a reported fault that a PSI key is not working correctly, or is missing, and that I must download a 'fix' from the Protexis INC website. Whatever I do, I cannot sort out the problem. I am also having problems with Office Word. Whenever I try to Save a document, the system crashes/hangs, and goes into auto recover mode eventually, or sometimes I need to restart and do an Office Enterprise repair. Are these problems perhaps related?

PSI Service is a standalone application which does not interfere with the Office package. To solve PSI problem, please re-install Protexis Licensing software that is found next to your main software and add your registration key again.

For Office Enterprise, please uninstall all the packages and then perform a new installation. Make sure you're using Run as Administrator option when installing.
