I thought I downloaded an app that allowed me to write and send meeting recap notes. How do I do this?

You can download a package that adds these templates to your Microsoft Office Suite. The package is hosted on Microsoft website. You might need to accept an agreement before you can actually download these. There is also a 2007 version for you to download and enjoy.
