I have the 4ch USB DVR with the SMI grabber device.

This is also known as Easy Cap, but mine says 4ch USB DVR. My problem is that the program "SuperViewer" doesn't include a FTP option, and apparently the other multicam program I use, iSpy, doesn't recognize the grabber device as a viable image (it doesn't show up). Might there be a new version of the SuperViewer program, or do you know a solution to this problem?

Unfortunately, the EasyCap is displayed as being available for purchase, and there are a few websites you can use to download the drivers, but that's it. No information is presented about SuperViewer related to its updates or the way it works. Secondly, I recommend checking the iSpy website to obtain the latest version of the software.
