Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force the program to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After you have used Revo, please download CCLeaner to delete additional keys related to the application. Make sure to install both applications using Run as Administrator handle.
