I cannot uninstall Cool Pic Fun Social Pictures from my computer. It's still shown up in my registry.

Use the uninstaller software called "Revo Uninstaller Pro" that will clean the registry and uninstall it completely without leaving traces of the software. You can download the trial version for 30 days.

Use CCleaner's Registry feature and scan for obsolete entries and delete them.
