My Pendrive Datatraveler 120 USB drive shows that both free and used space weigh 0 kb. I am not able to format it, nor am I able to run any scans. Can you please suggest how this can be fixed?
It seems that the USB is dead. You can use HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool to try to restore its functionality. It has been reported multiple times that this tool is able to format broken portable drives. You can find the download in posts on the official discussion forum at HP.
