The instructional video for PrimaSoft Book organizer is not working.

I am running Firefox 22.0 under Windows 7. When I click on the embedded instructional video for PrimaSoft Book organizer, I see the video but I hear no sound. What can I do? This normally works fine.

Videos hosted on Software Informer are recorded without sound. Your computer and browser is fine except that these videos have no sound at all that's why you can't hear anything.

In order to fix the problem, navigate to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. After that, launch your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete key combination and clear all cache, cookies and temporary Internet files. If the issue persists, update the browser to the latest version or try using another one from Software Informer database.
