You can use the old-fashioned way of uninstalling applications through the Control Panel, but to fully remove this antivirus, you will have to remove another component from the same list. It's an addition to the antivirus package. You can identify it on the list very easily because it starts with the Rising. Basically, you will need to restart everything that contains the word ''Rising''.
