Help needed to manipulate photos

I wish to thank you for the answer to my question, but I am having trouble.

What I want to do is to manipulate my photos. I went to loonapix.com and e-mailed some results to myself (they didn't arrive) and were not really what I wanted, so I was wondering if Loonapix is a program I can purchase. If so, will it let me put my dog's head on my body, etc.? I am not having much luck with doing what I want with the funny photo maker I downloaded, but that could just be my fault. Again thank you for the help.

Loonapix is a web service. It does not have applications you can download to perform the same operation like the online method offered. You can use the previously suggested program to manipulate your photos.

Alternatively, Gimp is a good choice when it's to photo manipulation. You can download and install the app and modify the pictures in few easy steps.
