Not able to create a New Folder on my Epson Easy Photo Print.

I am not able to create a New Folder on my Epson Easy Photo Print software, when I click on the New Folder button. It also doesn't work when I "right click" to try to make a New Folder. It does allow me to create a Briefcase folder as well as a zipped folder. What do I need to do to fix this?

The problem that you experience might be caused by the fact that the folder in which you want to create a New Folder, doesn't allow any modification. To fix this, try selecting another destination in which to create the folder that isn't on the C:\ drive. This should fix your problem.
