Can I transfer my TATA Docomo connection to other state? Device bought and activated in West Bengal and want to use it in Pune.

I have a TATA Docomo connection, which I bought and activated from West Bengal. Now due to my professional commitment I am moving to Pune, Maharashtra.

So, my question is can I use the device and same connection with same charges, or I have to surrender the same and get a new connection in Pune?
