If you have removed the items from your vault then you should check for a Hidden feature. That feature will reveal all the deleted files but please remember that this is not available for all cloud storage services. As far as I remember, since now Dropbox features a thing like this but that doesn't mean your Vault service is lacking this. You should check or contact the developer regarding deleted items.
