Runtime errors are caused by the application's bugs that or by bad configuration settings. In this case you will need to perform a fresh install of the report application then install its required redistributable (.Net Framework, Visual Runtime, additional libraries, etc.).
Before performing the install procedure, make sure that you're using the latest version of the report application. If there are any updates available you should install them.
