How do I run a report on access to a specific door?

You will need to download the manual of the software through Google Search. Access Google and click on the PDF file from the Spiap website. Open the PDF file and then scroll down to the 1.3.4 chapter. The information presented in the PDF file at that chapter, teaches you to report everything related to the application. You can find this chapter on page 20.
