The phone is stuck in a boot loop which can easily be fixed using a factory reset. Power down the phone then press Volume Down + Home Button + Power button until you see Hydro message and release only the Power button. When Android logo appears, release all the buttons and select Wipe Data. The phone will remove any errors and it will boot correctly.
