I want to recover my Hotmail account but lost all the recovery info.

I don't remember the password or the security question I used to recover my password. What can I do?

If you have forgotten your recovery alternative options then I am afraid the account is lost forever. Even if you get in touch with customer service, they will ask you exactly the details you have forgot. In this case, if you don't know the security questions then I believe you will need to create a new account because this one is completely unrecoverable.
