Please install PC Companion and connect the phone via USB. Let Windows install the corresponding drivers and then go to Menu > Settings > Wireless > Tethering > USB Tethering. From the moment you enable this option, the phone will activate Data Connection and stream the Internet to the PC. Please make sure that the phone stays connected to the PC during the whole browsing time.
