I cannot open Google and Apps market on Aronova 9G2 because I need to add my name and account. What is the problem?

This tablet is not Google-certified that means that Google Play is not available. You will need to use the already built-in market store (Applib). If you want an alternative, you can use AppBrain which is practically a mirror of Google Play.
