TATA Photon Whiz ECE121 connection problem.

I am using Tata Photon Whiz and I am facing a problem with Internet connection although my balance is 37 RS and I have recharged my Photon with 333RS Internet pack for 1 month. I am getting the same error since yesterday and I can't access the Internet.
Can somebody help me?

Please check the APN settings of the software. Under certain circumstances the settings for the application may become corrupted because of a bad uninstallation or because of the registry cleaners. You can overcome this error by preparing a fresh installation of the dongle. You can find its corresponding software on its internal storage which can be accessed from My Computer.
