The thing is that there are no converters available for Mac that can handle WDB files. You will need to take advantage of a Windows system to open the file in Microsoft Word and then export it to CSV format which is recognized by a majority of text editors in Mac. After you convert the file using this method, you can transfer the files to Mac and open them accordingly.
