The easiest and most convenient way to do this is to export the contacts to a VCF file. You can do this with Nokia Ovi Suite then create an account on Google/Gmail and import the contacts there. On the BlackBerry Z10 phone, just a Google account and select Sync Contacts. The contacts will sync in a couple of seconds depending on your connection speed. Your newly imported contacts will be available in the Contact menu. If these are not displayed, select Options > Contacts to display and select the Google account.
