I just ordered Bagatrix to help me with my college algebra and it doesn't download. The password does not work from my receipt. What can I do? There is no similar question here so can you tell me how to get my software to download? I have Windows 7.
Everything related to downloading and registering when you have purchased a code is entirely solved and managed by the support team because 3rd party solutions are not allowed since you need to access restricted area which is allowed only for users who purchased products.
