I have problems installing 20-20 (version 9.1)

I get a message that "ttsecuritymanager.exe" is not responding. My computer is Intel Core i7 Windows 7 Home Premium. I installed it on other computers & it worked.

The software does not require any extra devices or drivers for a successful installation.

The official requirements are as follows:

-Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, Windows 7 & Windows 8 (32bit or 64 bit)
-Apple Macintosh OSX using Boot Camp
-Processor Dual Core or Quad Core Processor at 2.16GHz or above
-System Memory 3 GB RAM (for 32 bit OS) or 6 GB RAM (for 64 bit OS)
-Graphic Card NVidia GeForce or ATI Radeon with 512 MB or more dedicated memory (3D accelerator) 
-Resolution 1280 x 1024
-Security Device USB port
-Hard Drive 7200 RPM drive with 10 GB or more free disk space (80 GB hard drive or above)
-DVD-Rom Drive 8X DVD or higher

Please try to run the application with elevated rights. If you don't have a username with these rights, contact your local administrator.
