How to enter the correct time for download in the VdownLoader program?

Specifically, Vdownloader apparently offers no way to distinguish between AM and PM. Sample Scheduler screen displays "03:00 and 05:00". Does that mean "early morning" or "mid afternoon"? No room in the offered box to write an AM or PM designation.

The application takes advantage of the computer time and date and it downloads videos while your computer is idle or programmed to download videos. You need to set up the scheduled hour based on your AM/PM settings and time format.

For example if you want to schedule for mid afternoon downloading, insert 13:00, 14:00, etc. as time format.
