You can upgrade your Sony Xperia Arc S through the PC Companion application available for Xperia phones. Please download the application and proceed to install it. Once the application is installed, plug the phone and then wait for drivers to be installed. For flashing (upgrade) purposes, the application will download additional components. Once these components are installed, follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade your phone.
