How to update the firmware of Sony Xperia Arc S?

How can upgrade my Android 2.3.4? My phone is Sony Xperia Arc S.

In order to update your phone, you need to download the PC Companion from Sony's website. Once you download and install the product, please use the USB cable and attach the phone to the computer. Click on firmware update and follow the on-screen instructions.
