How can I make IBM OnCommand System Manager 2.1 work with Java 7 update 21 on a Windows 2008 SP2 64bit Enterprise server?

Applications like these are known to work with older versions of Java SDK and Runtime. The compatibility is enhanced once the updates are released for the main program. IBM OnCommand is known to work with Java 6 latest update. Until an update is released for the main software, you should stick with that version as it provides full compatibility and reliability.
